Video Composition Notes: 

Rule of Thirds: Divide an image horizontally and vertically, interesting parts filmed on the intersection of the lines. 

180 degree Rule: Camera goes anywhere in the 180 degrees of the line, but not on both sides of the the line. 

B-Roll Basics: Any video that is secondary to primary footage, stock footage, title rolls, other camera angles/shot. 

3 Light Set-Up: Has three lights, key light the brightest light, Fill light helps key light, Back light separates the subject from background. Key light is most important.

  Is Google making us stupid? I think it is a little bit of yes, and a little bit of no. I think that it has affected peoples' ability to focus and read anything long and wordy, and has definitely affected our ability to remember a lot of basic information. I can say personally I need to turn to google a lot to look up things like the events of a game, or the history or name of an actor. However I think that it has done a lot of good too. Look at the typewriter example. His writing may have changed, but using that advancement of technology, he was able to keep writing comfortably. Or even the advancement of the clock lets people be more efficient  and get as much work done  in a 24 hour period. I think the future of generations will not really be able to read massively long books like we grew up doing in school. It'll be much more of short but impactful readings, or possibly no reading at all, but more listening to people tell the stories themselves.

 Who is Brison Owens? Success is earned not given. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. I am hardworking. I am a good communicator, I put my work before anything else. My Website: I added more pages to my website. I added an About Me, Blog, Articles, Resume page. I haven't added it yet but I plan on adding sublink/extra pages to the articles page. I also added a slideshow of pictures of me in the about me part with a brief description of who I am and where I grew up. I also included a link to my blog and a PDF of my resume.
